Saulle holds a Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Bologna and an Executive MBA Degree from the Business School of the University of Bologna.
Since 2005 he works as international management consultant managing projects in R&D division [Vodafone, Baxter Gambro], Operation [CEI, Philip Morris] and Strategy ones [Unipol, H3g].
In the past he was an enterpreneur and now, outside his consultant activities, he is a startupper, a course trainer and a company advisor.

Managing Partner
Essar holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Aviation from the Brunel University of London and an Executive MBA Degree from the Business School of the Lancaster University.
He has a great experience in avionics and military environments, managing several projects for the Eurofighter [BAE System, Leonardo]. In the last years, he has founded a consulting company focused in management and company advisory.
He was a member of the board of some companies. He works as a company advisory, business development and coaching.
